Finding a Product
We have divided our products section into separate areas to make it as easy as possible for you to find the product. Click on the links to either: Books, Cards, CD’s & DVD's, Cards or Gift Ideas to browse for your product of interest. Please email us if you have questions.
Ordering
- Browse the products .
- Find the product you wish to purchase.
- Click the "Add to Cart" button.
- In the Shopping Cart you may change the quantity of the item by typing a new quantity in the quantity box. To update the change click on the 'change' icon .
- If you wish to delete a product click on the
‘delete’ icon. To view information on the
product click on ‘view’. - When you have finished shopping and adding items to your cart, click on the Checkout button
- If you wish to purchase more products, click on the "Continue Shopping" button, or if you are finished shopping, select your postal location from the dropdown box and click on the "Checkout".
- Complete your contact details and shipping information (postal address).
- When you have completed the Checkout section, click the "Pay Now" button - this is where you will be asked to enter your payment / credit card details.
- You will receive an immediate email acknowledgement of your order.
- Thank you for your order.
Payment
Credit Cards: We process Mastercard, Visa and Bankcard. If you don't have a credit card, we will accept payment by Money/Postal Order.

Postage, Shipping & Delivery Times - Australia and International
There is a postage fee applied to the product/s you purchase. Postage is calculated based on weight and the zone to be delivered to. Each product has a weight associated with it. There is a weight range shown below, that your products total weight will fall into. Each weight range has a zone associated with it depending on where in the world you require the package to be sent to.
If the products you have ordered are in stock, your order will be processed and posted within 24-48 hours of receipt of your order. In the event that some items are currently unavailable, we will order them for you immediately, and notify you of a slightly delayed delivery time. We can send you the items that we currently have in stock, and send the back ordered stock when they arrive. This may incur a separate postage charge.

Australian Delivery Time
For Australian orders, parcels should be received within 1-10 days. Below is an indicative guide for expected delivery times with Australia Post. Please note these are purely a guide.

International Delivery Time
Please check with the customs service in your country with regards to possible import duty that may be payable on parcels. This is the recipient’s responsibility.

We will post your order when all items are available. If you require separate deliveries, separate delivery charges will apply.
Returns
We will provide an exchange within 14 days of purchase provided the goods are in original condition and accompanied by an original proof of purchase.
We will also provide at your choice, a refund or exchange at any time on presentation of original proof of purchase if the item is faulty, is not what you ordered, or was described incorrectly. Be sure to note your name and address and please wrap the items securely and return them to:
